These reports can have the same look as you current stationary, but it won't have the cost of printing stationary. From this report you can email Invoices, Remittances and Statements etc from your selection criteria with a single click of a button. The documents can be sent in various formats e.g. PDF, HTML.

Copies of sent documents are stored in your system and can easily be retrieved at a later stage for Audit purposes and resending of copy invoices.
